The Chester County Conservation District’s Construction Site Project of the Year Award was presented to KMS and the Housing Development Corporation for the work they did on Westminster Place on Fist Avenue in Parkesburg. It provides 72 spacious and fully equipped apartments for moderate- to low-income persons age 55 and older.
