Caleigh Feeny, an Octorara senior, is one of two local students awarded a Scholarship Friday evening at Parkesburg Area Business Association's annual dinner.
Ms. Feeny is an outstanding student with a 4.14 GPA and ranked 22nd in her class. In high school Caleigh has been involved in many activities including Leo Club, Japaneses Aid Relief, National Honor Society and the Octorara Heroes program.
According to Caligh her greatest accomplishment thus far is getting good grades and graduating from high school.
In the Fall Caleigh plans to attend Smeal College of Business at Penn State and major in business with a focus on accounting, marketing or international business.
