Weekly - $150/week (no application or deposit)

$610 to move in:
$375 first month's rent
$200 deposit (returned upon move out if no damage)
$35 application fee (criminal background check)

Each room comes with bed and small fridge. Two shared bathrooms on each floor. Large kitchen area and laundry room located downstairs.
