The victim in Tuesday morning's construction accident on the Linden Street Bridge was identified as a 20-year-old Chester County man, the Lehigh County chief deputy coroner confirmed.

Wilson and another construction worker, Otis Smothers of Coatesville, were partially buried Tuesday morning while working under the Linden Street Bridge in Allentown. Wilson was killed and Smothers was freed after a massive, 90-minute rescue operation.
