The Gardens of Octorara will hold its 8th Annual Garden Tour on Saturday, June 4, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This year’s self-guided driving tour features six private homes, ranging from in-town oases to expansive three-acre retreats.
Whether novice or experienced gardeners, visitors will enjoy a relaxing day of gardening friendship and will find new ideas to take home.

Tickets are $10 per person in advance and $15 if purchase the day of the tour.
Tour proceeds from sponsorships and ticket sales benefit the three public libraries in the upper Octorara area: Atglen Public Library, Parkesburg Free Library, and Moores Memorial Library in Christiana.
