Drugs or Alcohol Not Involved in Tragic Crash

 
The West Brandywine police announced this morning that "the teen driver of the vehicle in a crash that took his life and the lives of three other teenagers did not have any drugs or alcohol in his system at the time of the one-vehicle accident."
Sgt. Jeff Kimes said Tuesday morning that toxicology test results showed Collin Feiler McElroy, 16, of Honey Brook, was sober when his 1994 Honda Prelude crashed just before 1 a.m. July 3 on Route 82 just north of Route 322.
