Report Problems Online

There's a new feature on Parkesburg Today that allows a anyone to report and track non-emergency issues anywhere in Parkesburg via the Internet.

What can be reported?  Any non-emergency problem or issues can be reported including:
  • an unrepaired pothole
  • a lawn that needs to be cut
  • a walk that needs to be shoveled
  • new graffiti
  • loitering
  • excess trash and litter
  • abandoned vehicles parked in a yard
Emergencies and crime related matters should be reported to 911.

Here's how 'Report An Issue' works:
1. Click on 'Report An Issue' tab at the top of the page right under the Parkesburg Today heading.

2. Drag the red marker to the place on the map where the problem you want to report can be found then click on the 'Report Here!' button.

3.Fill in the Report an Issue form and including a picture of the problem, if available.  Provide as much detail as you can in the Description box.  Once the form is completed, scroll down and click on 'Report Your Issue' button at the bottom of the box.

Once reported an email will go to Parkesburg Today.  We'll compile a weekly list of all the issues reported by you and send them to Mayor Hagan, Council President Mel Keen and Borough Manager Jim Thomas so they can take action.

Go ahead, report something you would like to see fixed around town.
