Library Reading Program Highlighted

Last week Parkesburg Today gave a shout out to the cash-strapped Parkesburg Library for the programs they run to help parents and strengthen area families.

This morning the Daily Local News got into the act highlighting the library's unique PAWS for Reading programs that helps "youngsters build confidence and improve reading skills."
