A shout-out this morning in the Daily Local News from the Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council at their annual luncheon earlier this week.
The organization awarded their 'Most Significant Industrial Lease' award to Eric Stretch of Grubb & Ellis Co. for a transaction at 3135 Lower Valley Road, Parkesburg, for 70,000 square feet.
The total lease value was $2.2 million.

Correct. The property noted in the post is just outside Parkesburg's borders in West Sadsbury. I will change the post.
