| Hannah Gajari |
Hannah Gajari, daughter of Deb and Imre Gajari of Parkesburg, was awarded the Good Citizen award by the Chester County Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).
Several Octorara High School seniors were nominated by their high school teachers based on the qualification set forth by the DAR including dependability, service, leadership and patriotism in their home, school and community.
Octorara High School seniors then voted to select the nominee they thought best embodied those characteristic.
As the winner Hannah was honored at a recent luncheon sponsored by the county DAR chapter.
Ms. Gajri is a senior and a Lenfest Scholarship recipient. She is still deciding which college she will attend in the fall.
